Nicole Richie and Jessica Simpson have truly bonded over their new reality show ‘Fashion Star’ (set to start March 13th). So much so that Nicole has offered to “let” Jessica take her kids, Harlow and Sparrow Madden , until Jessica’s own baby is born to get prepared for motherhood. “I offered [Jessica] to take my kids up until she has hers. That didn’t really work. The offer still stands because she hasn’t had her kids yet. So, if she wants to take them, go ahead. No problem!” Nicole also talked about her partnership with Suave’s Keratin Collective and its Facebook launch , which will allow women to share their experiences to benefit her and husband Joel Madden’s charity. “It really gives women a chance to share their stories.

Ben Affleck Launches Facebook Page To Share Pics And Stories From Africa Trips
After his eighth trip to Africa, celebrity dad and founder of the Eastern Congo Initiative in 2010, Ben Affleck has launched a Facebook page . The page will feature pictures and stories from his trips. Ben tells People that his daughters inspired him to get involved and do something meaningful: “I got to a point in my life where I felt like I had been very fortunate. And I wanted to do something more with my life than just make movies and try to make money. I wanted to do something that was important to me in other ways and would serve as an example to my kids.” Ben’s nonprofit helps to support organizations that help in a variety of areas – helping to rebuild the region. “The people there are working as hard as they can to make their lives better. Once again Judge Sautner praised Lindsay for staying on course with her community service hours and her therapy sessions. “You’re in the home stretch! You seem to be getting your life back on track.” Lindsay now only has one more meeting – on March 29th. By that time she has to finish up 14 hours of time at the L.A. morgue, and complete five more therapy sessions. She’s then “free to go” on just ‘informal probation’, which basically means she has to obey all laws.

Idris Elba just made the announcement he will indeed be playing political icon Nelson Mandela in a brand new biopic shooting this summer. Deets on the British imports’ newest gig, plus X Factor finalist Rachel Crow gets the last laugh… Idris revealed in a recent interview with HipHollywood.com: “My big project this year, I’m gonna go play Nelson Mandela in Long Walk To Freedom, which is his official book. That’s where my head is geared to this summer.” Long Walk to Freedom is autobiographical work written by Nelson Mandela himself, which highlights his early life, coming of age, education and 27 years in prison. This new film is in addition to a 6-part TV miniseries in development titled Madiba , on the life of Nelson Mandela, which Idris is also set to star in.
